We're a Managed Service Provider. How can we offer 0patch to our customers?

We're happy to onboard new MSP partners. You should start by creating a 0patch account with Enterprise features you'll need like remote agent management, groups, multiple users and roles etc.

 

Then send us a brief email about you to [e-mail] so we know who you are. We'll then enable MSP features in your account.

 

Make sure to familiarize yourself with 0patch Central using this quick guide. As an MSP, we recommend you create a top-level group for each customer, so that you'll have 0patch Agents on their computers neatly organized. This will allow you to use such group to silently deploy multiple agents in a customer's network and have them registered directly to their group instead of having to move them to the group manually. In addition, you'll be able to easily disable or enable any chosen patch for all agents in a customer's network without affecting other customers.

 

In terms of licensing, you'll need to make sure to have a sufficient number of valid licenses in your account for all registered 0patch Agents in your customers' networks. Licenses are bundled in subscriptions. You can have a single subscription with licenses for all your customers, and increase or decrease the number of licenses as needed. Or if you prefer, you can have one subscription for each customer. Monthly subscriptions are available for quantities of at least 20 licenses. The price of a monthly subscription is 1/10 of the price of a yearly subscription - it costs more on a yearly basis but allows you to reduce the number of licenses in the subscription every month.

 

You won't need to assign your licenses to customers, just make sure the total number of valid licenses in your account is sufficient for all registered 0patch Agents.

 

As an MSP, you will have our partner discount applied to calculated retail prices using a partner discount code. To get the retail price for a specific number of licenses you'd like to offer your customer, please click on "ADD SUBSCRIPTION" in 0patch Central, select the Enterprise plan (as an MSP, you need Enterprise features), and type in the number of computers to the purchase form - the retail price will be automatically calculated, including any volume discounts.
