Of course. For a basic functional and compatibility test, you can create a free 0patch account at https://central.0patch.com, install some 0patch Agents (download link) and register them to your 0patch account. With such "0patch FREE" setup you will be able to see whether 0patch Agent coexists well with your other software. You won't have all the micropatches, but you'll have enough to test micropatching using these instructions.

We recommend any organization considering 0patch to do the above for initial compatibility testing.
