Absolutely. After you have purchased any number of 0patch PRO licenses, they will automatically be assigned to your 0patch Agents as you register them - until all licenses have been assigned. If you later want to move a license from computer A to computer B, you should delete computer A in 0patch Central, install 0patch Agent (download link) on computer B, and register it to your 0patch account (either with email and password or with Account Key during silent installation). The license will automatically be assigned to computer B.
You can also do this when you reinstall the computer, or upgrade it from, say, Windows 7 to Windows 10. Just delete it in 0patch Central and register 0patch Agent on the new computer.
