Error: "0patch user interface cannot be open because 0patch registry keys (settings) cannot be opened (initLog)!"

After installation of 0patch Agent, or upon trying to launch 0patch Console, you may get the following error:

"0patch user interface cannot be open because 0patch registry keys (settings) cannot be opened (initLog)!"

This error is indicative of a failed installation. Please uninstall and re-install 0patch Agent to resolve this problem.
