I have disabled an agent or a patch in 0patch Central, but they are still enabled on the computer

When you make a change in 0patch Central that should reflect on one or more of your computers - such as enabling/disabling the agent or enabling/disabling a patch for some group - this information is relayed to your computers when 0patch Agents sync to the server. This happens every 60 minutes so all your online computers should update their local configuration at most 60 minutes after you've made changes in 0patch Central.
