Why can't I launch 0patch Console by clicking on the 0patch icon?

0patch Agent installs a 0patch Icon in the notification area, which signals the agent's status ("Everything is OK", "Registration required", "Unable to connect to server". etc.).

In FREE and PRO plan, clicking on the 0patch icon launches 0patch Console, the local management user interface.

In Enterprise plan, clicking on the 0patch icon does nothing, as users in a typical enterprise environment aren't supposed to configure 0patch. (They also couldn't, as administrative privileges are required which they presumably don't have.)

0patch Console is still present on the computer in Enterprise plan, and one can launch it via the Start button - provided that they have administrative privileges.
