We've all been there: the product doesn't seem to work, behaves strangely, seems to be causing issues on the computer, or keeps having fist fights with some other product you also want to have. Although we try really hard to avoid it, our code has bugs and can behave unexpectedly on systems that differ from those we use for testing, and our products sometimes just don't work well when sharing the room with some others.
